During onboarding we set up your payroll calendar, migrate employee data securely, and align reports with your accounts system, including Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks. You approve each run, and we do the rest with clear reporting and dedicated support.

01 Discovery & Review
Free review of headcount, pay cycles, pensions, and compliance needs. We agree timelines and a takeover date.
02 Reporting & Year End
Payroll journals, pension files, and standard reports delivered each cycle. Year end includes P60, P11D, and Class 1A NIC.
03 Setup & Data Migration
Secure transfer of employee data, opening balances, tax codes, and pension details. Payroll calendar and access controls created.
04 Run & RTI Submission
We calculate gross to net, apply deductions and statutory pay, submit RTI to HMRC, and issue e-payslips after your approval.

Most migrations complete within 5 to 10 working days once we receive payroll reports, employee data, and pension details.
